On a personal note, I had such a fun and exciting weekend. Last week my mom and I went to an Interior Design conference (more on that later) and then I spent the weekend in LA with Jesse to celebrate my birthday. We had the most delicious meal I’ve ever had at Crossroads in West Hollywood, that was 100% vegan. It was better than any meal I’ve ever had, (vegan or not) so if you are ever in the area, you must go. We then hit the town with some friends, and on Sunday continued the festivities with brunch at Pearl’s which was a great atmosphere, and delicious food as well. I really felt very loved this year on my birthday and am so thankful to have so many great, supportive, loyal friends in my life.
On Mother’s Day I took my mom to her very first Pure Barre class, and she did amazing! It was so fun to get a good sweat in and we celebrated with a delicious meal at a local diner I love. My mom is such a special person to me in so many ways and even though every day is Mother’s Day, I love getting to spoil her a little extra.
