I’ve been a longtime fan of blogger Brittany Makes. She’s got an amazing aesthetic and I’ve enjoyed following her as she’s moved from house to house, and seeing the way she brings each one to life. Her most current house has my heart, as I’m having a massive love affair with vintage persian rugs. Her home is filled with them, and they bring so much personality and warmth to each space.
I’m especially fond of her kitchen/dining area, which is why I’m making it my Favorite Room Friday. I love the mix of navy and white cabinets, subtle gold details, and the ever-so-classic subway tile backsplash. Like me, she loves a good thrifting hunt, and scored her vintage dining room chairs that remind me so much of my own (remember?) We also both have chandeliers from — I cannot say enough good things about my own. It’s by far one of my favorite elements in our home.
