I asked you guys on Instagram to send me your favorite at-home workouts and you all came through with some AMAZING recommendations. I wanted to put together an all-in-one source for anyone who’s looking to try a new workout at home. In this crazy time, I’ve been doing a lot of workouts at home. I find that even doing a 10-minute workout makes me feel productive and boosts my mood. I hope this list gives you some easy ideas if you’re looking to change things up. Please share this list with anyone you think might find it helpful!
PureBarre is small isometric movements that rely on your own body to act as natural weights. Most of the workouts only require a surface to use for balance like a desk or a chair, and optional hand weights. I’ve been doing PureBarre for YEARS and it’s by far my favorite workout. I talk about it more in this post about my workout routine.
Angie Stewart Fitness

Amelia is an amazing personal trainer and psychologist. She combines the two in such a magical way. I’ve trained with her in-person a number of times and always feel SO good (and sore) after. I have a few friends who teach at CorePower and a few friends who are super loyal attendees. I’ve been a few times and loved it. I love that they have an online course!
