When I first started to transition my beauty and household products to cruelty-free and vegan alternatives, there were SO many surprises along the way. It was an overwhelming task I took day by day (I recommend everyone do the same). Occasionally, I would come across something like a razor, or a toothbrush and learn that it was not cruelty-free or vegan. REALLY? I would think. HOW?
