The presidential election was last night and I’d be lying if I said I didn’t really feel 100% okay to post about fashion today.  Because of that, I will keep this short.  But I do feel that with the mounds and mounds of negativity in our social feeds and media, there deserves to be some light-hearted distraction around.  That is all I am going to say about that for now.  I love you all.

The above outfit is one that lately I have worn some variance during most weeks. I love how comfortable these jeans are and pairing a ruffled blouse with ripped denim provides for a fun juxtaposition.  I cant stop wearing black booties – the above pair and this pair are two I’ve worn almost daily interchangeably.  I think no matter what your style is, black booties go with everything and are such a great staple for any occasion.
