I’m sure those of you who don’t live in California are sick of us Californians complaining about the weather being so perfect all the time. Of course I am biased, but it really does make getting dressed around this time of year difficult!  I would say all of last month was a battle between cold and rainy and 80 degress and sunny — so we do have to get a little creative.  On sunnier days I still like to add a touch of fall to my outfit, and I’ve found booties plus a dress are the perfect formula.  Lately I love adding another piece to my outfit, and found that adding a tailored vest over a dress is a great way to add interest and keep a dress looking day-time appropriate (remember when I did the same thing here?)
