We all have those times of our lives where we are constantly
on the move and rarely find the time (or energy) to plan out meals. Personally, I find when I don’t plan out my
meals, it’s extremely hard to eat healthy (the vending machine at work isn’t
the best option).

If I have to prepare something before work, I can forget
about it ever happening. I will choose
sleep every time. I love these overnight oats, as I can make them the evening before when I seem to have a little more time to do
things like meal prep. I love that I can
grab one of these in the morning and eat them cold without having to do any
prep work.

I am extra excited about a particular ingredient in these
oats and that is the fairlife reduced fat ultra-filtered milk. I am lactose intolerant, while Jesse is
not. We have always had to buy two
separate milks as he prefers the taste of real milk over milk alternatives
(almond, coconut, soy) — this leads to a lot of
milk being wasted. Neither one of us can
finish a whole thing of milk to ourselves before it expires. I am beyond thankful for fairlife because it
is lactose-free, meaning he and I can both enjoy it without any sacrifices.

The best part? It’s
actually way better (taste-wise and health-wise) than regular milk. There’s less sugar and more protein and
calcium in fairlife, which is an upgrade for both of us.
