I’m almost positive I had this same exact daisy dress in a mini-me version back in the 90’s, which is one of the many reasons I love it so much.  It has that youthful, nostalgic feel, but it’s still classic and sophisticated.  I paired it with a red lip to play up the retro feel.

I’m sure you recognize the bag as it’s been on my wish list for a long, long time.  I finally got it for my birthday (thanks to sweet J!) and I highly recommend it if you’re thinking about purchasing it.  I love that it has a classic Chanel feel to it, without being a total copy-cat.  You can wear the straps doubled up or long as a crossbody.  The leather is super thick and there are multiple pockets.  I like posting a bag I’m coveting to multiple style boards, and sometimes I’ll even put a picture of it up in my closet.  If it’s something I look at over and over for months and still love, I know it’s worth getting.  Even J said he noticed I still wear a Michael Kors clutch he bought me 4 years ago – it’s worth the investment if you truly love it!

These Dolce Vita sandals were a lucky Nordstrom Rack find and exactly the sandals I was hoping to add to my closet this spring.  I’m so used to wearing heels that when I put on completely flat sandals my arches get sore – hence the need for a bit of a heel.
