Over the next few weeks I’ll be posting little DIYs that are easy, non fuss, and would make great Christmas gifts. I hope you all find it helpful in your rush to get all your gifts taken care of!
I have no doubts you have seen variations of this DIY on the world wide web because let’s face it… we still aren’t over the gold dot Kate Spade thing.
This DIY cost me $0.99. That’s right. One. Dollar.
I got the bowl from Ikea and used gold paint I’ve had on hand for awhile.
Then I painted the gold dots on evenly spaced, on the outside of the bowl. I did two coats on the dots to make sure they were solid.
It is now a cute little dish to catch my rings and jewelry in the bathroom.
It would be super cute to hold colorful jelly beans as well! This is such a simple, cheap, and easy gift or gift addition!
Also, the when Martha Stewart’s craft paint sits untouched for 24 hours, it cures and becomes dishwasher safe.
