I won’t lie to you… I’ve fallen off the workout wagon. I typically always do this time of year. It’s probably the worst time of year to do so — since I know I won’t be holding back from any of the holiday treats. One thing that has proven to get my butt into the gym is new workout gear. I don’t know what it is about it, but it never fails to motivate me – and I know I’m not alone in that.
