When shopping Cyber Monday sales I have a bit of a personal approach I use. I first comb through all the luxury sites for anything Stella McCartney on sale as she is one of my favorite designers for vegan bags & shoes. I have never paid full price for any of her bags so I see this as a good opportunity to find a good steal. That said, I won’t always buy something, but I do like to see what’s out there. I’ll also use this time to look at the other luxury sites for non-bag and shoe items such as jewelry pieces, travel accessories, or office essentials.
Next I’ll look at my closet and see what I really need. Lately I’ve been needing some more sweaters and outerwear pieces, so I like to find the best possible steals in the styles I’m looking for.
If I have people to buy gifts for, I’ll also look around this time but I find that the types of gifts I usually give people aren’t on sale (with the exception of last year – which was a huge hit with mine and Jesse’s parents).
Last, if I’m in need of furniture this is also the time I like to buy it. Many places rarely have furniture go on sale, and when they do you’ll almost never find it any higher than 10%.
I’ll have multiple tabs open while shopping with the items I have my eye on in the carts. Then I’ll narrow it down to what I really truly need before I purchase. I would love to know if you have any secret tips for Cyber Monday — leave it down below if so!
