We are officially halfway through the week! I had a great day yesterday as I was able to grab lunch with Abby and Christine, and we always have a blast together. Later that evening Jesse, Tara and I went to see Zoolander 2 which was sadly unimpressive. We kind of knew that it would be going into it since we are loyal Rotten Tomato users… but we decided to give it a chance anyways. It was still a nice opportunity to get out of the house, and I can never say no to movie theater popcorn!
Now on to the clothing… I love the roaring 20’s Gatsby-esque era and felt like this dress paid homage to that. I love the delicate detailing which really takes what could be an average black chiffon dress and makes it something special. I paired it with my favorite style of pumps right now (I love it so much I have it in two colors), and a faux fur clutch to keep it on the dressy side.
