DIY Chanel Artwork

As soon as I saw Court from Big Beige Box ‘s DIY Chanel Painting, I knew this needed to be an addition in the apartment. Her inspiration was this work of art by Zevs:
 
You will need:

Black canvas in the size of your choice

Pencil
Scissors
White acrylic paint
Paintbrush
Printout of logo
 
First you will want to use the scissors to cut out a stencil from the printout you have. Be sure to keep a small piece of paper in order to keep the center in place.

 
Tape the stencil on your canvas and trace the inside with pencil. 

Simply paint in the lines for the logo. 
Next, mix the white paint with a little bit of water, dip the brush into the water and hold up to the logo in various places. Tip the canvas upward, and let gravity do it’s thing. You can use a blowdryer to assist in this process.

Ta-da! She will most likely find her home in the office on my desk. She is not very manfriend-friendly. But I am pleased!
