I am a longtime Laqa&Co. fan.  I discovered their lip crayons through Birchbox and have been obsessed ever since.  I have Lambchop and Ring of Fire, and love them both.  They stay on after meals which is so, so rare to find in a lip product.
I was extremely excited to have the opportunity to try out their nail polishes and new nail pens, as a girl can never have too much nail polish right?
As far as the nail pens go, I will admit that they are hard to get used to.  You really have to have a steady hand.  I loved the Nookie color and wore it all last week, but the WTF color is a little on the sheerer side for my tastes.  I do love the concept of being able to take the nail pens with you wherever you go.  I find myself frequently needing a touch up at work, so it’s the perfect thing to carry around in your purse.
The nail polishes are so opaque that they only require one or two coats, which is amazing.  When you start using more than two coats your risk of smudging and your drying time are multiplied.  If you can believe it, the red & blue polishes on my ring finger and pinky finger are only one coat — you almost don’t even need a second coat!  I don’t know of any other polish brand that accomplishes that.  Both the nail pens and polishes provide a really shiny finish so you almost don’t even need a top coat.
All in all, I am yet again pleased by LAQA&Co.’s products.  I think every girl-on-the-go should have a nail pen or two, and the beautiful colors offered by the nail polishes are not to be ignored either.  I have my eye on this one for fall.
Have you tried any LAQA&Co. products?  What do you think?

The idea of a nail pen is pretty brilliant–but like you said, if you need a steady hand, lord knows I might not be good with them. I have the shakiest hand when it comes to painting on polish!

Great review, I've never used nail pens before and I always wondered if they were any good. My hand isn't very steady though….

I don't think we can buy this in Australia, it seems like a pretty good idea. I don't have a steady hand at all but practice makes perfect!
