I picked up this jumpsuit before a birthday brunch & boating outing with my girlfriends.  I knew I wanted something that looked spring-ish but wouldn’t make me feel freezing on the boat.  This was a nice compromise and a fun change from an easy maxi dress.  I wasn’t thrilled about the piece when it was on the hanger, but when I tried it on, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for.  The moral of the story?  Don’t dismiss an outfit until you try it on!  You might be surprised.

I love this clutch from Free Endearment for a few reasons- first, it comes with a really nice heavy-duty strap so I can wear it as a crossbody (if you’ve been reading for awhile, you know I love purses that you can wear multiple ways).  I also love the unique stripes because they add a touch of nautical to any outfit.

    Love this look! Jumpsuits are high on my wish list for spring for just the reasons you mentioned – a great alternative to the expected summer wear. I hope you had fun boating, that sounds like a wonderful way to spend a sunny day!

    Omgsh love this jumpsuit on you girl!! It seriously looks perfect with the nude pumps 🙂 I have been shying away from trying on on for spring–but I think your right I need to try it on and see how it looks!
