Happy Monday! I hope you all had a nice weekend. I got to spend Friday night with two of my best girlfriends, and it was so nice to catch up over good food and wine. I spent the rest of the weekend getting things organized… as I hate to leave anything left to do when the week begins. Of course I had to end Sunday night with the Oscars, and I was so happy with all of the winners! There are still a few movies that were nominated that I need to see, so I definitely want to do that. It’s always a goal of mine to see all the movies nominated before the Oscars, and I never seem to accomplish it…maybe next year!
As far as fashion goes last night, my favorites were Rachel McAdams & Saoirse Ronan in their gorgeous emerald numbers, along with Margot Robbie, Alicia Vikander and Priyanka Chopra. Who was your favorite?
The above outfit is a perfect romper for springtime, and I love how beautiful navy pairs with orange and cognac colors so I had to add an orange lip and my favorite neutral toned accessories. I am really into the 70’s sort of “flatform” shoes, and these were a nice affordable way to try out the trend. I love that they give extra height but they feel like you are wearing flats!
