White Lace Peplum

One thing I’ve learned over time is that you can never have too many white or black tops in your closet. The white and black tops are such closet staples that I find I always reach for. This top is definitely one I’m constantly grabbing for quite a few reasons. For starters, it’s loose which makes it very comfortable on a hot day. The lace details allow you to dress this up or down, so I find that I can wear it during the day with an outfit like the above, and switch it up with some black skinny jeans, booties, and a faux leather jacket for dinner.

I added a printed scarf to bring in some color and print to the outfit, but since there’s a lot of textures going on between the top and jeans, I tied it to my bag to keep things from looking too busy.

These mules are some of my favorite shoes ever – they’re under $25, come in so many colors and I wear them with everything. I also have them in tan (last seen here).
