I love everything by the brand Self Portrait… the many variations of lace detailing paired with structured silhouettes is the perfect balance of feminine and powerful. Alas, I cannot justify the expense for an everyday type of outfit. Because I love a challenge, I’ve challenged myself to find similar pieces to put together the look for less, and I think I’ve gotten pretty darn close with this one!
The H&M top is very Self Portrait-esque and I paired it with a faux leather skirt and black belt so it has the look of a dress. At $50, the top is much more affordable than the higher end version, and much more justifiable!
That top is definitely very Self Portrait-esque , I too am in love with the brand but it is not justifiable for my wallet either. Dang it, maybe one day haha ! But this is great <3
