My Favorite Jeans – And Why You Need Them

If we’re friends over on Instagram, by now you know these are my favorite jeans, hands down. In fact, Gabi (my amazing photographer & who took these photos) laughs every time I wear them in the outfit because they are now “the jeans!” She’s seen the progress of me buying them in all three colors available.

Truth be told, it’s taken me a long time of working outside the corporate world to become a “jeans” girl! I only owned a few pairs before then! Even on the weekends I mostly wore dresses, trousers or leggings. Now I own more jeans than I can count and they are pretty much a daily wear.

Even though I have many different styles I love, these jeans take the cake for being my favorite. They are the pair I always go back to, and that will work with pretty much any outfit.

The first reason  I love these jeans is how comfortable they are

…because let’s be honest — even if a pair of jeans is super cute, if I feel like I’m squeezing out of them I’ll never wear them. These jeans don’t stretch much, so at first and maybe even upon first wear they might not be the most comfortable, but trust me. The more you wear them, the more comfortable they get and they will quickly be better than any other pair you own. If I can’t wear sweats or leggings, I’m wearing these jeans.

The second reason is how flattering they are.

Because the material is on the thicker side, it seems to hug in all the right places. We all have that pair of jeans that are comfortable because they are super stretchy, but don’t hug in the right places. I’ve got more jeans like that than I’d like to admit, which means I’m extremely loyal to this style. It’s hard to find a good pair of jeans that checks all the boxes. The shape is also slightly high-waisted so it makes your legs look longer. (And it makes your butt look killer…which is important to know because… priorities).

Last, I love them because they are so sturdy.

I’ve washed them so many times and they hold up amazing. I hate when I wash a nice pair of jeans and it fades after the second or third wash. No fading with these!
