House Happenings : My Decorating ADD

Ay yi yi I can’t stop!  Just when I have something completed I have to switch it up again. 
I mentioned in my living room reveal that I would be switching things up soon, and soon just so happens to be now.  I don’t know if it’s the change of the seasons or what, but here’s some sneak peeks for your viewing pleasure…

As you know from this post, the couch got fancified with nailhead trim.


I’m really glad I did this because I was beginning to be very resentful towards our couch.  We bought a black leather one to be practical, (seeing as how we have a black dog), but I found myself wishing we would have gotten a tufted grey with nailhead trim.  Well, I can’t switch my couch to grey but I can add nailhead trim and I have come to  LOVE the contrast of the gold against the black. 
 I also decided to move towards a more monochromatic theme so this…
Turned to this.

These were painted…. 

And will soon be hung.

Annnnd vintage Bowl + moss balls have become my new dining room centerpiece. 

I can’t wait for it all to come together!
