New In

I had to have this F21 Tunic when I saw it in stores — I went in for socks and ended up getting this.  Doesn’t that always happen in that store?  It was a total impulse buy, but I am so smitten with the print and colors — it mentally transported me to a beach-side brunch in Hawaii (I’ve never been but I can imagine I’d wear something like this there).
I also went accidental dumpster diving again (see this post), when throwing out my trash I saw this little side table left by someone.  Brass and glass are the keys to my heart.  So I took it home… so I can hoard it because I have no idea where I’ll put it.  Now, the brass isn’t in the best condition and I think it’s brass-plated not solid… so I’m not quite sure what to do there.  I don’t want to spray paint it because I think that could ruin it… thoughts? Experiences with refurbishing brass plated furniture? Halp…

A pretty little “just because” flower in my favorite Jonathan Adler Happy Chic vase.  (They are sold out of my size but still have it in large on sale!  So tempted to get a matching buddy.)

    I have a hoarding problem, too [you can't skip out on a treasure!].. it's fine 😉 I love the table! I would just leave it as is because it already looks great! If you spray painted it, I feel like it would just rub off :/

    Forever21 has been putting out some great quality items lately (I just completed an order from them yesterday!). The vase of flowers is just begging to be put on a unique table like that. Good luck with refurbishing it!

    Sanding the table, prime, then gold leaf or spaypaint and then a protectant coat could work!
