Zoey had a ball on NYE… party animal.
I hope you all had an amazing New Years Eve and relaxing New Years Day yesterday! I had the time of my life in San Diego with J and some of our good friends. I’ve come to the conclusion that the events you have the most fun at are the ones you have absolutely no expectations for.
I am slowly getting back into the swing of things, and the apartment is really coming together. We are almost done and should have some pictures to share in the near future! It only took literally a year.
I’ve decided to make some very vague and obtainable resolutions this year so I can actually achieve them.
They are:
-Take better care of my skin (sunscreen and moisturizer always)
– Drink Apple Cider Vinegar daily (I’ll share more about this in the future)
-Get more organized and stay that way
-Save more, spend less, and obtain some side income
– Be more active (I’m hoping to find a “thing” that I enjoy and can do classes for… pilates or CardioBarre. I also just want to be more active in general whether that’s taking Zoey for longer walks or going bike riding).
-Be a tourist in my own state more often (short trips to surrounding cities to experience new things).
-Say/think less negative things (not that I think them often, but it’s always good to focus on the more positive side of things).
-Read more (books, and articles).
-Clean out my closet more regularly (for every purchase, give away something old).
What are your resolutions? I’d love to hear them — might need to add some to my list!
xoxo,
H

Ugh! So jealous you were in San Diego!!! I used to live there and I wish I had been more of a tourist in my then home state!! Love that goal as well as taking care of your skin. I may need to add those to my list!!! Xoxo
Got a long list as well.
Saving more, being more active and reading more are on it 🙂

These are excellent resolutions and ones that you can actually work on every day. Especially the tourist in your own state- I looove that! There are so many unique spots in CA 🙂 Also, loved the pic of Zoey on Insta… someone commented that Zoey was drunk again in the photo and it had me cracking up 🙂
