Work Wednesday

Jacket: Gap Kids (size XL – for reference I am typically a size 4 in most brands) (sold out – love this quilted jacket)  |  Tank: Cotton On (similar)  |  Skirt: ASOS (on sale!)  |  Shoes: DSW  |  Bag: Kate Spade  |  Bow Clip: Forever21 (similar)
I am a big fan of jackets in this cut — especially for the office.  I love a good blazer but sometimes they feel a bit too thick and I feel like I can’t move around as freely in them – do you know what I mean?  I like that my neck is free in this jacket, and it’s made of a sweatshirt type material so it’s really comfortable.  I would have never picked this jacket up if it weren’t for Jean from Extra Petite posting about it here.  I’m 5’3 so I’m certainly considered on the taller side of petite, but it’s nice to explore options – plus kid’s clothes are so much more affordable!  This was on sale so I got it for around $20.  It’s sold out now but here is a similar kid’s quilted jacket that you can get for 40% off with code MORE.
